You can use eLiveService to provide your web site visitors
and customers with assistance, guidance or advice about
your products, services or any other subject they may
inquire representatives about.
The eLiveService Operator Console is the interface
from where operators or customer care representatives answer
questions and exchange messages with your
web sites visitors .
In order to use the Operator Console, make sure you
have created an eLiveService account . If not click
here to create your account.
- If you are using the free edition of eLiveService,
you are entitled to connect only 2 operators, and there is some advertising for eLiveService.com in the chat windows.
- For more operators or ads free version, you need to subscribe to the paid version of eLiveService.
After downloading the Operator Console, install it
on your machine and log in.
